I am Anshu Jain, and I am a Technical Staff Member with the services software engineerng group at India Research Laboratory(IRL), Bangalore. The group specializes in research on programming and software engineering techniques in relevance to the IBM's service business'. I am also currently involved with the information management group working on research topics related to data analytics. Lately, I have also become interested in the areas of user interaction, and would like to spend more of my free time on the same.
Before Joining IRL, I worked at SAP Labs India for 3 years, in the areas of enterprise software tools. My work was focussed around modeling and composition tools on the eclipse platform. I also got a great deal of experience in change management systems for distributed software development.
I finished my M.Tech in Information Technology at IIIT-B (International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore). I am very passionate about sharing whatever little knowledge I gain. Thus I continue to be associated with the programming and software engineering department at the institute as a visiting lecturer, and project guide to students pursuing projects mainly on the eclipse platform.
